Conference 2009
The arrangements for this year’s conference are now nearly complete, and we are looking forward to celebrating 25 Years’ of Growing Together over the weekend of
2nd – 5th July 2009 at Fallowfield Campus Manchester.
The menus on the left will give you access to our most up to date information.
A poster is available to help you publicise the conference to your group members.
Speakers
We have booked some excellent
speakers. These are Prof. Karol Sikora, Prof. Mike Richards, Ciaran Devane, Martin Ledwick, Ruth Carlyle, Dr. David Reilly, Prof. Nicky Robinson, Ian Lynch and Tom Brown
Workshops
Most workshops are now in and you can download a workshop booking form and also
a list of all workshops offered for 2009.
they have been planned to cover a range of topics relating to Group organisation/ development, Medical, Body Mind & Spirit, and Fun.
Entertainment
The entertainment booked include, The Manchester Police Swing Band, William Hawthorn, Alan Gow, Disco, Karaoke and also the sing along version of the hit film Mama Mia.

Exhibition Space
As in previous years we will be setting aside the Bitter Suite for exhibition space. This area will be open diring the whole of
the conference for our sponsors, and any one else who wants to set up a stand and make direct contact with our delegates.
